Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Fees

1.1 The subscription fee is charged monthly per headset or other equipment.
1.2 We offer a Monthly Rental program: A month-to-month rental where customers can return the equipment anytime.
1.3 The first month's subscription fee is due at the start of the subscription term.
1.4 Subsequent subscription fees will be automatically billed on the same day of each month.

2. Equipment Provided

2.1 The Provider agrees to supply the Subscriber with the following equipment (the "Equipment"):
   • Headset(s)
   • Case(s)
2.2 For Monthly Rental agreements, the Equipment may be new or used, depending on availability.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment for the first month is due upon initiating the subscription agreement.
3.2 Monthly subscription fees will be billed automatically on the same day each month.
3.3 The Subscriber agrees to keep valid credit card information on file, allowing the Provider to charge recurring subscription fees and any applicable charges for lost or damaged equipment.

4. Use of Equipment

4.1 The Subscriber agrees to use the Equipment solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with the Provider's usage guidelines.
4.2 The Subscriber is prohibited from making any alterations, repairs, or modifications to the Equipment without prior written consent from the Provider.

5. Return of Equipment

5.1 Upon termination or cancellation of the subscription, the Subscriber must return the Equipment, including the headset, case, and all accessories, in good working condition.
5.2 Failure to return any part of the Equipment will result in the following additional fees:
   • Missing Headset: $1,300
   • Missing Case: $50

6. Maintenance and Repairs

6.1 The Subscriber is responsible for routine maintenance of the Equipment. Any damage or issues must be promptly reported to the Provider.
6.2 Repairs should only be carried out with written consent from the Provider.

7. Liability

7.1 The Subscriber assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the Equipment during the subscription term.
7.2 In the event of loss or damage, the Subscriber agrees to reimburse the Provider for the full replacement cost as outlined in section 5.2.

8. Credit Card Information and Payments

8.1 The Subscriber consents to securely store their credit card information with the Provider for the duration of the subscription.
8.2 Automatic charges will be made for monthly subscription fees, and any additional fees related to missing or damaged Equipment.
8.3 In the event of a failed payment, the Subscriber must provide updated payment information within 7 days. Failure to resolve the payment may result in suspension or termination of the subscription, requiring the return of the Equipment.

9. Termination

9.1 The Provider reserves the right to terminate the subscription agreement for any breach of these terms.
9.2 The Subscriber may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice, ensuring all fees are paid in full and the Equipment is returned in good condition.
9.3 If payments or returns are not made within the agreed-upon terms, additional collection efforts may be taken by the Provider.
