Rent & Return FAQ

The Rent and Return program allows you to rent a high-quality aviation headset for as long as you need it, and then return it when you’re done. You pay a monthly fee based on the headset you choose, with no long-term commitment.

Which headsets are available in the Rent & Return program?

All the headsets we offer are available in the Rent & Return program. This includes:

  • Lightspeed Sierra

  • Bose Proflight 2

  • David Clark One-X

  • Lightspeed Delta Zulu

  • Bose A30

  • David Clark H10-13.4

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment is missed, we’ll reach out to you to resolve the issue. You have 7 days to settle the payment. If it remains unpaid, we may request that you return the headset, and your rental agreement could be terminated.

Can I buy the headset?

The Rent and Return program is strictly rental-based with no option to purchase the headset.

How does the Rent and Return program work?

The process is straightforward:

  • Select your preferred headset from our available options.

  • Rent it for as many months as you like—there’s a one month minimum but no maximum rental period.

  • When you’re ready to return it, contact us to request a prepaid shipping label, and send the headset back.

Can I switch to a different headset?

Yes, you can cancel your current rental & return & start a new rental.

How long can I rent a headset for?

There’s no limit on how long you can rent a headset. Whether you need it for just a month or over a year, you can keep renting for as long as it suits your needs. Just return it when you're done! There is a 1 month minimum. Once the headset is returned to us in good working order, billing will stop.

What condition should the headset be in when I return it?

We expect the headset to be returned in good working condition, considering normal wear and tear. If there are any damages beyond normal use, additional charges may apply.

What condition will the headset be in when I receive it?

You may receive new or used equipment. Regardless, we do a quality inspection for each item before sending it. If you receive a product you are not happy with, please contact us and we will replace it.
